I got orthodontic braces in April, 2024 – at 51 years old – to realign a couple crooked teeth and fix my bite and jaw alignment. After just 6 months, my jaw stopped popping, clicking, grinding, and hurting – which has been a thing since my teens. Better late than never, I guess. I'm 244 days in, so there's still 851 days (28.4 months) to go.
